All original artworks displayed on the Artdez Studio website including paintings, drawings, mixed‑media works, digital art, and any derivative creative content are protected under United States Copyright Law, specifically:

2. Ownership of Content

Unless otherwise stated:

• Artdez Studio owns the copyright to all images, artwork descriptions, branding, and website content.
• Artists represented by Artdez Studio may retain certain rights under VARA or under private agreements with the Studio.

3. Prohibited Uses

6. Misrepresentation Warning
