We offer a hassle-free 7-day return policy. The 7 days begin from the date you receive your painting. If you are not satisfied, contact us within this window and we will arrange your return with no complications.
The painting must be returned in its original condition — undamaged and in its original packaging. Damaged paintings are not eligible for return.
For customers within the USA, we cover the full return shipping cost. For customers outside the USA, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Yes, we share progress photos at key stages for your feedback. Minor adjustments are included. Significant changes after approval of the initial concept may affect the timeline and cost.
