14-Day Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy on all original artwork purchased through our store. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your artwork must meet the following conditions:

• The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
• The painting must be in its original condition — undamaged, unaltered, and in the same state it was delivered
• The artwork must be securely packed in its original packaging to prevent damage during return shipping

Non-Eligible Returns

We are unable to accept returns or process refunds in the following cases:

• The painting has been damaged after delivery
• The artwork shows signs of mishandling or improper storage
• The return request is made after the 14-day window has passed

Accepted Return Reasons

We accept returns for the following reasons:

• Change of mind
• The artwork does not match your expectations or space
• You simply no longer want the piece

Not Accepted Return Reasons

We do not accept returns or offer refunds if:

• The painting was damaged by the customer after delivery
• The artwork was altered or modified in any way

Return Shipping

As we provide free shipping on all orders across the USA, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the artwork arrives safely.

Artdez Studio will not be responsible for any damage that occurs during return shipping.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned artwork, our team will carefully inspect the painting to confirm it is in its original undamaged condition.

• If the painting passes inspection — your full refund will be processed within 7 business days
• If the painting shows any damage upon return — unfortunately we will not be able to process a refund and the artwork will be returned to you

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
